- Spices: cinnamon, garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Garlic
- White sugar
- Brown sugar
- Honey
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate: chips, cocoa powder, bars (milk and dark)
- Dried fruits: cranberries, apples, mangoes
- Nuts and seeds
- Ground flax seed, wheat bran or oat bran (for sneaking extra nutrition into things!)
- Canned tomatoes
- Canned corn
- Jarred tomato sauce
- Canned and dried beans

I probably forgot some things, but if you have these things on hand you will probably be able to make 75% of my recipes.
